To avoid overcrowding and facilitate staggered visitor access, visitors are kindly requested to plan their visit well in advance and purchase their tickets online. Once purchased, tickets cannot be amended or transferred to a different date or time. Money will not be refunded. 

Visitors who do not have a ticket are kindly advised to check the Centre’s the availability  before arriving.

Online tickets may be purchased up to 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the visit, subject to availability.

On the day of the visit, online ticket purchases must be completed at the ticket office at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start of the visit.

Visits are conducted in Spanish.

There is a maximum capacity of 25 people per session. 

During their stay on the premises and throughout the visit, respect at all times the indications of the staff and the signs of the center regarding conservation. 

The visit is guided andlasts approximately 45 minutes. 

The Center is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
