Exchange and refund policy: Once a ticket has been purchased via the website, no changes to the date or time are permitted, nor are refunds available.

Validation of advance tickets: You must validate your online ticket at the ticket office 20 minutes before the tour begins.

Tickets at the ticket office: On the day of your visit, tickets can be purchased directly at the ticket office on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. We recommend checking the real-time capacity before travelling to the centre or purchasing your ticket online.

Access: The guide will ask to see your tickets 5 minutes before the tour begins.

Capacity: Maximum 25 people per session.

The tour is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.

The tour is conducted in Spanish. If you wish to take the tour in another language, please contact the bookings department to check availability.

Please follow the staff’s instructions and observe the centre’s signage at all times, particularly regarding conservation measures and mandatory rules.

The centre is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Only accredited guide dogs are permitted.
