Conditions of the visits

 

  • To avoid crowds and encourage staggered access for visitors, please plan your visit well in advance, acquiring advance entry online. Once purchased, the date and time of the visit cannot be modified. Money will not be refunded.

  • For reservations by phone, payment will be made, as far as possible, by credit card. On the day of the visit, the reservation must be formalized at the box office, 10 minutes before the start of the visit. Otherwise you will lose the right to reserve.

  • Reservations and online purchases are not allowed on the day

  • In order to promote the staggered access of visitors to the center, you must go between 20 to 30 minutes before the start of the visit. 

  • The online purchase or reservation, as well as the purchase on the day, must be formalized at the box office, waiting in line on a first-come, first-served basis and keeping the current interpersonal security distance at the established points. 

  • On the day you can only buy the ticket at the box office, in case of availability and in order of arrival. Please check the availability of the center before going, if you do not have an entrance

  • The guide will request tickets 5 minutes before the start of the visit, proceeding staggered access for visitors. 

  • There is a maximum capacity of 20 people per sesión in Domus Juliobriga

  • Respect at all times the indications of the staff and the signs of the center in matters of obligatory conservation. 

  • During your stay in the facilities of the center and during the visit, please do not touch the surfaces

  • The visit to the Casa-Domus de Juliobriga is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes.

  • The Center is adapted for people with reduced mobility.

 

WORKSHOPS

 

There are pedagogical workshops for educational groups between the months of October and June (both inclusive). These activities are:

• Ceramic workshop,

• Polychrome workshop,

• Mosaic workshop,

• Writing workshop and

• Roman games workshop.

The workshops can be combined with a guided or dramatized visit of the Domus. The latter oriented for first-time groups.
