Conditions of the visits

• Online sales: We recommend that you plan your visit and purchase your ticket in advance via the website (available up to 15 minutes before your session and subject to availability).

• Exchange and refund policy: Once a ticket has been purchased online, changes to the date or time are not permitted, nor are refunds.

• Validation of advance tickets: You must validate your online ticket at the ticket office 20 minutes before the tour begins.

• Tickets at the ticket office: On the day of your visit, tickets can be purchased directly at the ticket office on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. We recommend checking the real-time capacity before travelling to the centre or purchasing your ticket online.

• Access: The guide will collect tickets 5 minutes before the tour begins, after which staggered entry to the Domus will commence.

• Capacity: Maximum 20 people per session.

• The tour of the Juliobriga Domus is guided and lasts approximately 45 minutes. The outdoor tour of the archaeological remains of the Roman city is self-guided. There are information panels located throughout the different areas of the site.

• Tours are conducted in Spanish. If you wish to take the tour in another language, please contact the bookings department to check availability.

• For conservation reasons, it is strictly forbidden to touch the exhibits.

• Please respect at all times the instructions given by staff and the centre’s signage regarding conservation and mandatory compliance

• The centre is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

• Only accredited guide dogs are permitted at the Domus de Juliobriga

WORKSHOPS

We offer educational activities for schools from October to June (both months inclusive):

• Pottery workshop,

• Polychromy workshop,

• Mosaic workshop,

• Writing workshop and

• Roman games workshop.

These activities can be combined with a guided tour of the Domus or a dramatised tour (particularly aimed at primary school pupils).
