To avoid crowds and encourage visitors to arrive at staggered times, visitors are kindly requested to plan their visit in advance and purchase their tickets online. Once purchased, tickets cannot be modified in terms of the date or time of the visit, and refunds will not be issued.

The duration of the visit is flexible and there is no time limit. If you are short on time, the visit can be completed in approximately 20 minutes.

The Torre del Infantado can be visited individually or as part of a group.

If you do not have a ticket, please check the centre’s availability before arriving.

Online tickets can be purchased up to 15 minutes before the start of the visit, subject to availability.

Visitors must follow the instructions provided by staff and comply with the centre’s signage regarding conservation and hygiene requirements at all times.

The centre is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
